陶志刚博士现为长江商学院战略学及经济学教授，欧洲市场副院长，曾任教于香港大学及香港科技大学。研究兴趣主要集中在组织与策略经济学、中国经济、国际经济学等。陶志刚博士在国际著名期刊发表多篇论文，并被大量引用。
