Access Services Librarian is responsible for providing leadership in planning, developing, and managing resource delivery services, billing, course reserves, the Circulation Desk, and a small collection of print periodicals and multimedia.
1. Provides oversight of the Interlibrary Loan section, billing functions, course reserves, print periodicals, and multimedia collection
2. Provides oversight of Library’s Circulation Desk by ensuring the desk is properly staffed
3. Has responsibility for ensuring that supervised staff and student assistants are properly trained.
4. Engages with library users to better understand and meet their library needs, develops collegial partnerships, and promotes library services and resources.

Responsibilities - Job Description
Project Manager for the various international and domestic accreditations will have responsibility for well communication with all of internal departments and liaison with international and/or domestic accreditation institutions, the major role of an Accreditation Manager can be defined into 3 primary responsibilities:
1.Build up the standard policies and procedures on how to communicate with internal departments in the School to bridge the high-quality standards and successful experiences to the School, and standardize the information collection process to maintain all sorts of school activities documentation well collected in order to keep the accreditation ongoing process on a yearly basis.
2.Take leadership to set up Filing systems (Information collection/management), make sure all data and information are kept in order and easy to track

四、其他行政管理工作
1、 为员工解答常见法律、合同审批、合同签约等问题;为相关部门提供合同、商标注册、学院资质等文件等。
2、 接驳外部电话及信件,根据部门需要打印文件并装订递送,受部门指派与各部门对接执行法律事务风控事务。
3、 对各法务相关供应商进行费用申请及结算等。
4、 配合财务部统计印花税。
