● Work closely with the Dean of the school, a visionary leader and well respected scholar on the global stage, and other professors of the school on subjects such as the economic development models of the major economies in the world, collaborations among private, public and non-profit sectors to address issues such as inclusive growth and sustainable development, recent technologic innovations, innovation and globalization by Chinese companies, the global implications of the transformation of China, as well as China’s role in Asia and its relations with various countries;

Business Development & Marketing
The Director works with the Chief Representative in business development, sale and marketing for degree and non-degree programs developed by the local team and those by CKGSB China.
The Director will align and work closely with Global Marcom and program teams in Beijing to ensure efficiency and consistency in marketing and PR global efforts. The Director is the point person on developing and executing marketing initiatives.
The Director builds client loyalty through his/her work to help grow the relationship and the CKGSB brand.
The Director will support CKGSB’s other regions and programs.
Client/Partner Relationship
The Director will be the key point person for working with counterparts on the client and partners team to fulfill responsibilities for executive education programs, academic and marketing events.
The Director will be the key person at various conferences, events, and programs representing CKGSB.

Financial
The Director is responsible for working with the Finance & Operations manager to invoice, process expenses, educator contracts and coordinating with the team around the partner school and client contracts.
Supply
The Director is responsible for assisting in the creation of partner and educator contracts.
Design
The Director informs the design process, with a particular focus on marketing considerations, and recruitment targets.
Team Development
The Director contributes to raising the level of capability in the organization.
The Director is responsible for elevating the role and capability of client counterparts as relates to program effectiveness and logistics.
Other Occasional Tasks:
Works with Finance & Operations Manager with finance & operational issues relating to programs partners and clients.
Works with IT Manager on IT issues
Simple translation and coordination for non-Chinese-speaking employees with Chinese colleagues, if Chinese capability exists
Works with Chief Representative on special projects from time to time
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in the executive education space, plus at least 5 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing and/or Sales, in Academia and/or Advisory/Consultancy
Entrepreneurial spirit and drive
Minimum undergraduate degree, post-secondary degrees a plus
Experience in successfully managing and building strong relationships with clients, partners and staff
Ability to speak Mandarin a plus but not a requirement

MBA Marketing Manager
Job Description:
1) Develop and execute marketing / communication plan that supports the overall strategy of the school’s MBA Programs.
2) Ensure good implementation of marketing plan, in order to enhance admission performance.
3) Strengthen the programs’ brand presence and image in China and beyond in alignment of the overall branding of the school.
4) Create effective marketing communication programs and ensure good implementation to achieve maximum brand awareness and credibility that translate into increasing number of program applicants.
5) Build and maintain close contacts with media to increase brand awareness among target audience and other key stakeholders.
6) Collaborate with marketing teams at the school level and in other program departments to optimize synergy and output.
7) Create an inventory of marketing collaterals for different communication purposes.

Qualification:
1) A minimum of 5 years of experience in brand and marketing strategy and execution from a multinational company.
