Recruitment Guidelines and Tips
Recruit Through the CMC
We highly recommend that companies channel their recruitment activities through the CMC. A clear understanding of students' status will help us to serve you better. For example, once a student has confirmed an offer from a company, then we can immediately conclude that student's interview process.
Once you identify a student you wish to interview, please contact the CMC to coordinate the process.
If you make an offer to a student, please send a copy of the signed offer for the CMC's file.
Maintaining Flexibility in Selecting Interview Candidates
Some companies may choose to identify candidates through their own screening process. However, we strongly recommend that they keep an open mind with regard to other candidates who may request an interview on their own. Highly motivated candidates who do not exactly match stated requirements can sometimes prove their worth and go on to make significant contributions to a company.
Please Fill out a Job Description
To increase the success rate, companies must submit a job description before any interview. Based on job responsibilities, required qualifications, and other listed factors, candidates can adequately judge whether to accept or decline an interview. It is not cost-effective to conduct interviews where the candidates are either too overqualified or under qualified.
Scheduling Interviews
To show your understanding of our participants' investment in their education, please consult with the CMC for an updated course schedule and conduct interviews when students are free from classes.
For any change or cancellation of a scheduled interview, please notify the student via mobile phone (preferred) or email as soon as possible.
MBA program participants invited to visit company sites should be reimbursed promptly for all expenses incurred during the visit. We thank you for your understanding of the fact that our students have no income during their study period.
Make an Offer with a Deadline
To ease your work, please state clearly a deadline on your offer letter. Students who have accepted an offer in writing will not interview with any additional company. Students are required to uphold the CMC Student Recruiting Conduct Guidelines. We consider reneging on an offer to be an extremely serious offense.
MBA Recruiting Companies
