Objective: 

  1. Design, develop, and strengthen the bridging programs to enhance soft skills of students for a smooth transition from Academic Learning to Career Development within the one year full time English MBA program.
  2. Facilitate and develop Alumni related events to help alumni stay connected with the school and leverage various resources to strengthen the Alumni platform for alumni, alumni & student, and alumni & industry connections.

Responsibilities

  1. Based on the program strategy, design and execute various activities, trainings, and workshops which support the transition of MBA candidates from Academic Learning environment to Career development in a short period of time.
  2. Supervising, observing and following up with each program progress for improvements and keeping record for future reference.
  3. Manage the Alumni E-Platform and leverage alumni resources to design and execute Alumni related events.
  4. Cooperate with other teams to work on program level projects to ensure the excellent delivery of the program.

Requirements

Objective:

  1. Maintain and develop high quality exchange partnerships according to the program strategy.
  2. Work closely with other departments to facilitate student life on campus and provide support and guidance for the Student Committee.

Responsibilities

  1. Host inbound visiting partner school’s groups and students through thorough planning and high quality coordination, and make sure their stay is smooth and satisfactory. 
  2. Work closely with school related departments to leverage resources to develop new exchange partnerships.
  3. Facilitate students outbound exchange program to ensure the smooth process.
  4. Lead the election of Student Committee and be the key contact person between the Student Committee and the program.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor degree or above, international exposure is essential; English native speaker with adequate Chinese language capability is welcome.
  2. Innovative spirit and good communication skills;
  3. Down-to-earth attitude and highly responsible to results;
  4. Good time management, planning and coordination skills, pay attention to details;
 

Responsibility:

  • Work closely with Senior Manager to continuously improve career services for constant growth of MBA program
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationship among targeted employers/industries
  • Cultivate right relationships with students, faculty, alumni and other stakeholders
  • Facilitate employers' on-campus/off-campus recruiting
  • Participate in planning and implementing other CMC events
  • Lead or involve the process of producing CMC newsletter and annual resume book
  • Support the process of conducting Employer Survey and producing annual Career Report
  • Provide structure and contents for CMC/MBA website and update contents constantly
  • Facilitate cross-functional projects

Requirements:

Education -

  • Masters degree is required and MBA preferred

Experience -

  • Above 6 years working experience with two years post-master working experience, solid industry knowledge preferred;
  • Experience in project management is required;
  • Above 2 years working experience in MBA Career Development/MBA Campus Recruiting desired.

The Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, founded in 2002 by Li Ka-shing, is China's first private business school and seeks an MBA Program Director with the vision and dedication to lead China's premier English-language MBA programs, now in its 6th year in Beijing.

Responsibilities:

Lead and represent the programs in relations with the business community and other top global business schools; recruit, hire, train, manage and evaluate qualified staff; develop, maintain, and oversee continuous improvement of the curriculum; take an active role in marketing, enrollment, and career services; explore development of new programs; creatively lead and manage students, staff and instructors; actively participate in School governance and academic life.

Qualifications:

We seek international candidates from top schools with program management experience, excellent communications skills, and a track record of success in cross-cultural environments. Administrative experience in an academic setting is not required, but Chinese language ability and an MBA are preferred.

  • Make the annual plan of admissions job and continuously optimize the whole process with effective target management tools.
  • Initiate and organize marketing and admission activities according to target market analysis and data analysis.
  • Answer MBA admission inquires, convey the right message of Cheung Kong MBA program to candidates, identify qualified prospective students and fulfill the admissions target.
  • Work closely with Marketing and other internal departments of MBA program to solicit and give feedback on Admissions job to enhance the positive loop of whole program.

  3. 市场支持。协助市场经理完成各类例行市场活动,以及为学院统一安排的宣传活动提供支持;
  4. 客户数据库管理,以及行业信息收集和分析;
  5. 内部行政管理,以及和学院其他部门的沟通和协调。

  5. 普通话标准,英语口语较流利,对四川等西南各地方言没有交流障碍;

担任EMBA/EDP带班主任,全面负责各类班级事务。
