Background
- Native English Speaker
- At least 3-4 years of full-time work experience. Preferably in sales/marketing or business development

Responsibilities & Accountability:
- Responsible for urgent and prompt files translation
- Proofreading and editing final translated versions
- Co-coordinating and managing outsourced translation work

Qualifications:

The Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, founded in Beijing by billionaire philanthropist Mr. Li Ka-shing, seeks a Native Chinese marketing and communications professional to join the Global Marketing and Communications Department.
Responsibilities:
- Work in cross-cultural teams to:
- Plan and execute open lectures
- Produce key school-level publications (design, layout, content, and printing), including school magazines, brochures, newsletters, and the school website
- Assist with school administrative tasks and oversee work handled by a student intern to update content and help with the implementation of design changes to the school website and to LED screens
- Lead teams to plan and execute public English lectures and events for young white collar Chinese in Beijing
- Monitor Chinese publications by Cheung Kong professors and brief key articles to the team
- Assist with Chinese-language communications with Chinese guest speakers, alumni, other school departments, outsourced vendors for website design, magazine design, and other projects
- Build relations with English language journalists in Beijing to introduce Cheung Kong professors for interviews and quotes
Qualifications:
- Work experience in the areas of public relations, consulting, marketing, and media.
- Native Chinese speaker, preferably with strong English skills
- Ability and strong interest to work in a multi-language, multi-cultural team environment
- Candidates with experience in design, layout, content, printing as well as those with web page (.html) skills preferred

The program manager is a member of the international department that is fast paced and friendly, with every team member possessing a strong sense of commitment, ownership and a genuine desire to go above and beyond the call of duty. Main responsibilities
include working independently or with other team members to:
- Undertake and manage a wide range of research and all necessary activities to assure the success of partnerships and international relations of CKGSB;
- Proactively manage the marketing, implementation and administration of programs and activities according to established procedures and rules;
- Provide high level English language written analysis and advice relating to current and emerging topics related to international business and doing business in China that are targeted to create and develop new international programs;
- Monitor and evaluate progress of programs and activities under direct area of responsibility to ensure the delivery objectives and budget compliance are met;
