李晓阳教授现为长江商学院金融学与经济学助理教授，曾任世界银行发展研究部顾问。

主要集中在收购与兼并、公司治理、公司金融、产业组织等

李晓阳的毕业论文曾获2010年 Kauffman 基金会全美博士论文奖 ( Kauffman Dissertation Fellowship)。一篇文章发表于Journal of Corporate Finance
