Overview
Building on the success of last year's inaugural event, the first of its kind in China, the 2009 East-West MBA All-Star Case Challenge is an invitational and not-for-profit event, organized by Cheung Kong GSB and Microsoft Firenze|China.
Its purpose is to give MBA students an opportunity to meet their peers from around the world, learn about the Chinese market through firsthand research, and propose solutions to Microsoft senior management.
The case will be uniquely developed and tailored to fit the knowledge and interests of both Chinese and American MBA students.
Student teams of 4 individuals will prepare to give presentations on day one, January 5.
Day two, January 6, will feature mixed-team presentations that analyze the same case but from a different perspective.
The East-West Case MBA All-Star Case Challenge is an opportunity to showcase the MBA education at your school, demonstrate business skills, and compete in front of judges that include top executives from Microsoft and leading b-school professors.
